Two-Way Text Messaging


All of ShowingTime's products are set up for two-way text messaging, a patented, time-saving method that allows agents and homeowners to respond when they can't make a phone call. They can quickly confirm a showing request by simply typing a 'Y'.

How It Works


An agent requests a showing (by calling the Appointment Center, calling a listing office that uses ShowingTime Front Desk, or by scheduling online through the MLS where available) The listing agent and/or seller instantly receive a text message with the showing request, replies 'Y' to confirm. An automated text-to-voice call is made instantly to the buyer's agent, 'your showing is confirmed.'

Add your number to the Text Message field on your profile.



Two-way texting is included for Appointment Center customers and for members of many MLSs using ShowingTime for the MLS.
